The Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) is for people who have extensive experience in the construction industry.
The qualification, along with other requirements of the QBCC, will enable you to apply for your Low Rise Builders Licence in Queensland.

QBCC – APPROVED MANAGERIAL COURSE – BSBESB402
In Queensland, all construction contractors who operate on jobs in excess of $3,300 are required to hold a Trade Contractor or Nominees licence, obtained through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).
To obtain a licence you must hold a trade qualification, and successfully complete the QBCC approved Business Management Course – BSBESB402 – Establish legal and risk management requirements of new business ventures.
This is a standalone unit and covers the range of subjects required to carry out a successful small business.
