Fee for Service training (FFS)
Students who are not eligible for any subsidies or funding will pay the full fee rate. Fee for Service training is training for which the cost is borne by the student or a person or organisation on behalf of the student. Fee for Service qualifications are delivered on a self-paced basis, allowing students to choose a timeframe that best fits in with the constraints of their personal and working life.

FUNDING
Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) provides subsidised funded training programs and initiatives for current workers in the industry. If you are currently working in the Queensland building and construction industry you may be eligible for CSQ funded training to advance or expand your skills under one of the CSQ programs. CSQ generally releases funding in October of each year. Certificate III qualifications are funded under the Skills Assessment Gap Training (SAGT) program.
**Pre- apprenticeship program – Building Industry Training has secured a fully funded pre-apprenticeship program through Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), with the first intake commencing in January 2018. This exciting program contains Certificate I in Construction, Green Skills, Life Skills and Supported Workplace Learning involving approximately 5 weeks of full time work on a building site.

Queensland State Government funding
The Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) program, funded by the Queensland State Government, provides eligible individuals with access to one subsidised training place in selected Certificate III qualifications. The Qualifications available under C3G are noted below.
